About MindSpark
MindSpark Psychotherapy Services
We offer virtually-based one-on-one sessions tuned specifically to your needs for individuals all across Ontario, the Greater Toronto area, Durham Region, and Clarington.
In collaboration with Clarington Total Wellness, we also offer in-person sessions. We are registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and we are billable through insurance.
By creating a strong rapport, we listen to your concerns from a non-judgemental perspective, and collaboratively, we customize a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Your Therapist
Meet Stef Wood
Stef obtained her master’s degree in Counselling Arts Psychology. Her experience enables her to offer individualized and effective psychotherapeutic care with a unique passion for mindfulness and the highly sensitive person theory.
As a therapist, she brings a holistic perspective to mental health and wellbeing in the Durham region and across Ontario. She recognizes that everyone is at a different stage in healing and honors this by focusing on inner strengths and creating a safe space.
Stef offers cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), solution focused strategies, mindfulness based strategies, and is well informed on the highly sensitive person theory and religious trauma.
